Cooking Instructions

Keep galette refrigerated.  Let sit out at room temperature for 30 minutes before heating.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350˚F. Place galette on a parchment lined baking tray and heat for 15-18 minutes.

Microwave: Place galette on a plate and use the reheat setting for 2-3 minutes.

Store in the fridge for up to 4 days or up to 6 months in the freezer.
