Cancellations & Rebooking Policy

  • If you require changes to or need to cancel your class registration, please contact classes@atcoblueflamekitchen.com
  • Sales on ingredient packages for classes are final sale and cannot be refunded.
  • All rosters are finalized 7 days before the start of a class, in order to receive a refund, all bookings must be cancelled at least 7 days before the start of the class.
  • Switching between classes may result in up to a 25% rebooking fee per booking.
  • If you are a booking a group of 6 or more people, please contact classes@atcoblueflamekitchen.com
  • If registration for a class is less than 12 people, we reserve the right to cancel the class to ensure participants enjoy the very best experience possible. We will make every effort to contact guests in advance and will offer you an opportunity to re-book for another class or provide a full refund.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

  • We ask that you alert our staff of any and all food allergies and dietary restrictions at the time of booking. Allergies are the responsibility of the attendee and not the Blue Flame Kitchen. Where possible the Blue Flame Kitchen will provide a designated allergy meal that is gluten-free, dairy, free, and vegan/vegetarian however, it may not reflect the theme of the class. 

    Please note the kitchen is not an allergen free facility. 

    Due to the volumes of recipes made in kids camps allergies will not be accommodated. Please ensure campers are sent with lunch and snacks. 

    Attendance of Minors

    • Blue Flame Kitchen periodically offers cooking camps for children aged 9-12 years old. To attend these classes, we will need a participation form signed by a parent or guardian. Children under the age of 9 are strictly not permitted in the facility.

      For all other in-person classes attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult;  the Blue Flame Kitchen must be made aware in advance of any minors in attendance of a cooking class.

    Participation Details

    • What to Wear: low healed, closed-toed shoes are required for full participation. Individuals will not be able to participate if they are wearing open-toed shoes including flip-flops and sandals. 

      Participants must wear garments that will not interfere with food preparation or pose a hazard when working on gas cooking surfaces; no loose or flowing sleeves. 

      All long hair must be tied back. 

    • Covid-19: all participants must be in good health and symptom free. If you are feeling unwell or have any of the following symptoms please do not come to the event and contact the Blue Flame Kitchen staff immediately.
