Refunds & Cancellations

Can I receive refund for a pre-order item?

  • Pre-ordered items, Holiday Meals, may be refunded up to 7 days before the pickup date, after that time all sales are final. 

  • Customers may contact the Blue Flame Kitchen to request an exchange, or adjustment to orders up to 7 days before the pickup date. All changes are subject to approval based on inventory and availability.

Cooking Classes

Are you offering in person classes?

We offer in-person cooking camps for kids during the summer.

What should I know before coming to a cooking class?

Check out the participant details page for all the information you need to know before attending a class.

Am I able to cancel or switch to a different class if I am unable to attend the class that I booked?

We are able to refund your registration, or move your registration to a different class as long as you contact bfkadmin@atcoblueflamekitchen.com within the timeframe outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Gift Cards

Do you offer gift cards?

We do not offer gift cards for our classes or Holiday Meals.
