Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

If you need to make a return or an exchange, refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for next steps.

Items that are ordered for pre-order (Holiday Meals, Special Events, etc.) can be refunded up to 7 days of the pickup date, after that time all sales are final.

Cooking Classes

Our in-person cooking classes are back! Please check our calendar for upcoming classes.

If you would like to know more about our additional options for private cooking classes please contact us for information.

We are able to refund your registration, or move your registration to a different class as long as you contact bfkadmin@atcoblueflamekitchen.com within the timeframe outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Shipping, Retail, and Gift Cards

We offer shipping across Canada, with the exception of Quebec.
