Refund & Cancellation Policy

HOLIDAY MEALS

Pre-ordered items, Holiday Meals, may be refunded up to 7 days before the pickup date, after that time all sales are final. 

Customers may contact the Blue Flame Kitchen to request an exchange, or adjustment to orders up to 7 days before the pickup date. All changes are subject to approval based on inventory and availability. 

 

SUMMER CAMPS

If you require changes to or need to cancel your registration, please contact bfkadmin@atcoblueflamekitchen.com

All rosters are finalized 21 days before the start of a camp. To receive a refund, all bookings must be cancelled at least 21 days before the start of the camp.

If registration for a camp is less than 12 people, we reserve the right to cancel the camp to ensure participants enjoy the very best experience possible. We will make every effort to contact guests in advance and will offer you an opportunity to re-book for another camp or provide a full refund.
