At this unique 5-day camp, kids will explore the different areas of farming, including grains, meat, poultry, vegetables and more. Campers will use farm-fresh ingredients to make a variety of tasty snacks as well as make some delicious and nutritious lunches followed by some daily outdoor activities and games. The week will end with a visit to a working farm so young chefs can see first-hand where their food comes from. We are pleased to continue our partnership with Poplar Bluff Farms, a certified organic vegetable farm, known for their rich organic root vegetables, such carrots, beets and parsnips, as well as a variety of potatoes and other seasonal vegetables.
For ages 9-12
All of the recipes made in a BFK Kids Camp will be nut free, however the Blue Flame Kitchen isnot a nut free facility.
Due to the volume of recipes made in camp, allergies and dietary restrictions willnot be accommodated for. Please ensure campers are sent with lunch and snacks.
