Falafel the perfectly tasty meatless meal! This meal kit has everything you need to make delicious falafel pita with zesty tzatziki and hummus, make it your own with whatever vegetables you like in your pita!

- 6 house made falafels
- two 12” pitas
- 200 ml hummus
- 200 ml tzatziki

Falafels: onion, garlic, carrots, chick peas, cauliflower, cumin, coriander, paprika, lime juice, salt, pepper, cilantro, parsley, spinach powder, rice flower, chickpea flour
Pitas: wheat flour, water, yeast, sugar, salt, calcium propionate, L-cysteine
Tzatziki: yogurt, cucumber, mint, cumin, garlic, lemon juice and zest, salt, pepper
Hummus: chickpeas, garlic, cumin, olive oil, lemon juice, tahini, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, smoked paprika

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place falafels on a parchment lined baking sheet, bake on middle rack for 25 minutes or until heated through.
2. Meanwhile, near the end of the falafels baking time, add pita bread to oven to warm. Do not overcook, ideally, they should still be soft and pliable.
3. Assemble pitas, spread hummus on pitas, place three falafels on each pita, top with tzatziki and desired additional vegetable toppings. We recommend shredded lettuce, red onions, diced tomato and add hot sauce.
