Seasoned and cured for 24 hours then slow cooked in duck and turkey fat for rich and juicy flavour. NOTE: Both confit turkey as well as turkey breast are pictured but items are sold separately.
Yield: Approximately 2 pounds cooked
Ingredients: turkey leg, turkey thigh, salt, sugar, pepper, fresh herbs, and garlic.

1. Bring a pot full of water to a medium simmer. Submerge vacuum seal bag of confit turkey in the water and clipping it to the side so it doesn’t move. Reheat for 20 – 25 minutes until heated through.
2. Remove from water, gently remove meat from bones, discard bones. Serve with turkey dinner.
