It’s the BFK triple threat pork tenderloin, we’re kind of known for it! Bacon, chorizo sausage, and pork tenderloin all rolled together into a meat masterpiece. Note: Product comes frozen and needs to thawed before cooking.

Ingredients: sliced bacon (pork, salt, water, sugar, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate, smoke), Spolumbo’s chorizo sausage (prime pork, jalapeno, salt, cilantro, spices), pork tenderloin
Freezer Friendly: (Y)
1. Allow pork to thaw and pre-heat oven to 400°F, or BBQ over medium-high heat.
2. Remove pork tenderloin from plastic bag and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
3. Cook on top rack of oven or upper shelf of BBQ until temperature reaching 165°F. Allow to rest, slice, and serve.
